Varieties and packaging
TMX Global supplies export-quality Hass and Fuerte avocados sourced from carefully selected growers across Kenya's leading agricultural regions.
Standard packaging options are 4 kg and 10 kg cartons, and we also pack to buyer-specific requirements where a retailer or distributor has its own format.
Cold chain and shelf life
Avocados are handled at 5°C–7°C, giving a shelf life of three to six weeks under recommended storage conditions. Temperature-controlled handling, storage and transportation run from the packhouse through to the destination port or airport.
Compliance and documentation
Export shipments are accompanied by the necessary phytosanitary documentation and compliance certifications where applicable. Available certifications may include phytosanitary certification, GlobalG.A.P. compliance through partner growers, and buyer-specific quality and sustainability standards.
